Alex Osborne
Alex is the Founder of shoogle. He has extensive experience in helping leaders create and grow happy, thriving teams. Together, we have created platforms, services and products that meet the needs of their customers, at pace.
For the last 20 years, Alex has unconsciously been trying to create safe connections and acceptance wherever he works. He knows these are the foundations of any great team and organisation. Alex's unique story and lived experience mean this will always be his focus. Only when you feel safe will you thrive.
shoogle is a positive force for good and elevates organisations. It makes self-care and well-being fun, proactive and we will do it together.
Alex loves exercising 30 mins to 1 hour per day as part of his self-care. He loves Tony Horton and his P90x programme. He is an ex long-distance runner and now an avid Zwifter.

Shereena Nain
Shereena is a Chartered Physiotherapist. With over a decades experience specialising in musculoskeletal health, Pilates and Acupuncture.
Shereena has worked as an Advanced Disability Healthcare Practitioner on behalf of the Department of Work and Pensions for the last 6 years.
Shereena is proudly appointed as Co-Chair for Maxcultural where they represent a networking group to address racism and prejudice in the Workplace.

Laura Dalrymple
Laura is a UX researcher with a wealth of experience working in research across the NHS, voluntary and private sector.
With a passion for putting the user first and advocating for the needs of underserved groups she has been involved in the development of wearable devices, healthcare applications and novel service pathways in the NHS.
Laura believes maintaining a healthy and balanced lifestyle is just as important as preaching about it. She cold-water swims, is an avid runner and is a ABC boxing club member. Cultivating the benefits of community are clear, better wellbeing, stronger work performance and content employees. Laura is keen to keep Shoogle up to task and prioritise the needs of the people and organisations that use it.
